Premium Gold Membership Benefits ($495.00/year)
Unlimited access during business hours with the exception of the Conditioning Track and Arenas:
- 5/8 Mile Dirt Conditioning Track (1 hour per visit per member)
- Cross Country Schooling Course / Conditioning Fields / Trails (phase 1)
- Schooling Jump Field (up to Training Level)
- Dressage/Jump Arena (1 hour per visit per member)
- Discounts on Member events
Member Students = $10/per student (must be accompanied by a trainer)
Non-Member Riders/Guests (see fees below)
Standard Membership Benefits ($240/year)
Unlimited access during business hours with the exception of the Conditioning Track and Dressage/Jump Arena which are reserved for 1 hour per visit (Pick 2 of the following):
- 5/8 Mile Conditioning Track (1 hour per visit per member)
- Conditioning Fields / Trails (phase 1)
- Dressage/Jump Arena 1 (1 hour per visit per member)

NON-MEMBER SCHOOLING FEES
Non-Member Daily Use Fees and Fees for Guests/Students of Members per Horse
Full Facility Use for the Day = $50 (choose this option if total fees add to $50 or more)
Cross Country Schooling (includes XC Course and Infield jumps) = $35
Conditioning Field and Trails (phase 1 open) = $25 (XC jumps optional)
Conditioning Track = $25 per hour (1 hour per visit)
Use of Dressage/Jump Arena (1 hour per visit) = $25
Soccer Field (organized matches with intro clinics) = $25
Annual Soccer Membership = $125
