VENDOR SPACE

Your support as a Vendor at our events helps the Equestrian Preserve Foundation to fund the restoration of the historic Old Mill Farm and the preservation of vastly disappearing open space in Bartow County. 

There are several project phases in the works, beginning with clean-up and restoration of the 5/8th mile Conditioning Track (completed), the creation of a Cross Country Course (first phase complete), Arenas, Fencing, and a new Dog Agility and Disc Field.

The Equestrian Preserve at Old Mill Farm offers Equestrian Memberships/Activities and Daily Use options, Boarding and Training Programs, Clinics and Special Equestrian Events, Weddings, and a Dog Park (infield).

VENDOR SPACE includes 2 tickets to the event and a 10×10 space to showcase your product(s)/service(s) and 1 parking pass. Bring your own 10×10 tent, table and chairs and cooler with food and beverages for the day. 

Children 12 and under are free – must be accompanied by an adult at all times

NO pets allowed unless part of the event (service dogs welcome with prior approval)
