Horse, Hound and Hunt Fall Country Affair
October 24th, 2026 11 am- 4 pm
Equestrian Preserve at 108 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, GA
Your support as a Vendor at our events helps the Equestrian Preserve continue the restoration of the historic Old Mill Farm and Equestrian Center, and preserves the vastly disappearing open space in Bartow County.
MERCHANT SPACE: 10×10 space ($125) or 20×20 space ($235) includes 2 tickets to the event and a 10×10 or 20×20 space to showcase your product(s)/service(s) and 1 parking pass. Bring your own 10×10 or 20×20 tent (or two 10x10s), table and chairs and cooler with food and beverages for the day or purchase from our food truck vendors.
SPONSOR VENDOR: 10×10 space ($250) or 20×20 space ($350) includes exclusivity at the event, social media and email mentions leading up to the event, 4 tickets to the event and a 10×10 or 20×20 space to showcase your product(s)/service(s) and 2 parking passes. Bring your own 10×10 or 20×20 tent (or two 10x10s), table and chairs and cooler with food and beverages for the day or purchase from our food truck vendors.

Children 12 and under are free – must be accompanied by an adult at all times
NO pets allowed unless part of the event (service dogs welcome with prior approval)
