PERFECT PACKET: Perfect Packet participants will receive complimentary use of the Arena, Conditioning Track and Cross Country Course on Friday and use of the Conditioning Track and Cross Country Course on Saturday (Conditioning Track closed).

LOCATION
The Equestrian Preserve at Old Mill Farm
108 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, Georgia
Please use the rear equestrion gate and follow the directions – GPS to 108 Old Mill Road, Cartersville and then follow listed direction or you will get lost.
Directions: Once you turn at 108 Old Mill Road, you will see Horse Hound and Hunt signs, a Dellinger Management sign on the right and a large plant on the left. Follow the signs on the access road and the fenceline about 1/4 mile to the gate (you will pass a series of brown office buildings on the right in a sharp curve and then see the conditioning track and infield on the left.
Trailer parking is on the lawn in front of the Training Barn. Additional parking for participants and guests is in the main parking lot along with handicap parking.
Stalling available for competitors ONLY, limited to first come first served so please reserve your stall(s) when submitting your entry.
The Conditioning Track, Cross Country, and Arena will be open for schooling Friday before the show and the Conditioning Track and Cross Country Field will be open Saturday for participants.
Non- Showing horses allowed.
ENTRIES
Entry deadline is May 19th.
Late entries (not in hand by the entry deadline) will be accepted at the discretion of the secretary and will incur a $15 fee. If the show is full prior to the closing date or by the closing date, late entries will be put on a wait list.
Jumper round entries will be accepted on show day without a late fee for those who completed their show packets on time.
No refunds on entries. A credit slip will be issued for the next show in this show season. Credit must be used in 2025 or the funds are forfeited.
RULES
Every class offered will be conducted and judged in accordance by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rule book. These rules are available at www.USEF.org. Knowledge of these rules is the responsibility of the rider, owner, trainer, and parent/guardian. 2022 Eventing Tests, and 2023 USDF Tests will be used.
All Dressage Tests will be held in the standard Dressage Arena and Show Jumping will be held in the adjacent standard turf Jump Arena.
Whips must be 47.2 inches or less in length including the lash.
Callers are permitted for Pre-Amoeba, Amoeba and Dressage competitors only. NO coaching at all for Dressage Tests. Coaching IS allowed for Jumper Rounds (not including CT).
Awards will be given 1st through 6th place in each class.
All jumper rounds will be judged on faults and time EXCEPT Pre-Amoeba which will be judged on faults only.
Show management may divide classes if entries warrant. Junior and Young Riders must provide a birth date on entry. All entries are processed on a first come, first served basis. Management reserves the right to split or combine classes.
Show management may ask any competitor or spectator exhibiting unsafe or disrespectful behavior to leave the show grounds immediately. All decisions made by the show management are final.
All riders are required to wear a helmet that meets ASTM/SEI requirements at all times while mounted and proper riding boots. Riders must wear a protective vest on the cross-country course.
Concessions and restrooms available on grounds.
NO DOGS – approved service dogs welcome.
All participating horses must wear a bridle number while on property.
ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Jumping – a horse may be entered in a maximum of 4 jumping rounds
Dressage – a horse may be entered in a maximum of 4 dressage tests
Combined Tests – a horse may be entered in a maximum of 2 CT classes at adjacent levels Show Jumping Classes:
Pre-Amoeba (12” MAX); Amoeba (20” MAX); Starter (2’3” MAX); Beginner Novice (2’7” MAX); Novice (2’11” MAX), Training (3’3” MAX); Prelim (3’7” MAX)
