Entry Deadline is March 19th.
To complete the Perfect Packet: Perfect Packets will receive complimentary use of the Conditioning Track and Cross Country Course on Friday and use of the Cross Country Course on Saturday (Conditioning Track closed on Saturday).

Late entries (not in hand by the entry deadline) will be accepted at the discretion of the secretary and will incur a $15 fee. If show has filled prior to closing date or by closing date, late entries will be put on a wait list.
Jumper round entries will be accepted on show day without a late fee for those who completed their show packets on time.
NO refunds on entries. A credit slip will be issued for the next show in the show series. Credit must be used in 2025 or the funds are forfeited.
RULES:
- Every class offered will be conducted and judged in accordance by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rule book. These rules are available at www.USEF.org. Knowledge of these rules is the responsibility of the rider, owner, trainer, and parent/guardian. The 2022 Eventing Tests, and 2023 USDF Tests will be used.
- Whips must be 47.2 inches or less in length including the lash.
- Callers are permitted for Pre-Amoeba, Amoeba and dressage only competitors.
- No coaching at all for dressage tests. Coaching is allowed for Jumper rounds (not including CT).
- Awards will be given 1st through 6th place in each class.
- All jumper rounds will be judged on faults and time taken EXCEPT Pre-Amoeba which will be judged on faults only.
- Show management may divide classes if entries warrant. Junior and Young Riders must provide birth date on entry. All entries are processed on a first come, first served basis. Management reserves the right to split or combine classes.
- Show management may ask any competitor or spectator exhibiting unsafe or disrespectful behavior to leave the show grounds immediately. All decisions made by the show management are final.
- All riders are required to wear a helmet that meets ASTM/SEI requirements at all times while mounted and proper riding boots. Riders must wear a protective vest on the cross-country course.
- Concession stand and restrooms will be available on grounds.
- NO DOGS. Please see our website for opportunities to bring your dog to our sporting facility.
- All horses must wear a bridle number while on property.
LOCATION, DIRECTIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Location: Equestrian Preserve at Old Mill Farm, 108 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, Georgia
Directions: Directions to the equestrian entrance: Once you turn at 108 Old Mill Road, you will see the Horse Hound and Hunt signage and a large plant on the left. Follow the signs on the access road about 1/4 mile to the gate (you will pass a series of brown office buildings on the right in a sharp curve and then see the conditioning track and infield on the left).
Parking: Parking is in the infield for all participants and their guests. Handicap parking will be available at the main parking lot up at the barns.
Stalling: Stalling available for competitors and non-show horses, but limited to first-come-first-serve so please reserve your stall with your entry.
The Arena, Conditioning Track, and Cross Country Course will be open for schooling the Friday before the show. The Conditioning Track will be closed on Saturday.
