April 25th. 2026  arrive by 10 am, complimentary overnight stalls while supplies last.

Race 1: 1:15  (tentative start time)

The Quarter Mile Sprint – English and Western (amateur and no professional horse racing license holders)

Flat race about 1/4 mile on the dirt. All breeds. For riders 18 years or older. English or Western. Entries must be acceptable to the committee and must participate in the Safety Clinic. Silks and Saddle Numbers provided.  No starting gate.  Walk up Start with starter orders.

Fields of 2 by division,  Fastest times win the division.

*There will be a Junior Division of ages 12-17 contingent upon entries – youth riders 12 and under are complimentary with no prize money paid out.

REQUIRED: Negative Coggins, signed Waiver, English or cowboy boots and ASTM/SEI-certified equestrian helmet.  Let us know if you do not have a helmet Safety vest optional.  Must abide by race track rules.

Entry Fee: Adult Divisions $50.00/rider  –  Junior Division (ages 12-17) $25.00/rider

*Youth Division (12 and under)  ride complimentary with no prize money paid out

PayOut  depend on entries. 80% PayOut. We encourage strongly  everyone to condition/gallop on the track prior to racing (no fee). Here’s the breakdown per division:

There are stalls and primitive overnight camping available first come first serve,  as well as hotels nearby. Please inquire.

You can reserve a stall for $20.00 per night while supplies last.  Shavings are $9.00/bag. If stalling, owner must provide water buckets, feed pans, hay and hay nets. Owner responsible for stall muck out and clean up.
