THE EQUESTRIAN PRESERVE AT OLD MILL FARM
Do you love gentle breezes on a hilltop with mountain views and horses grazing in the background? Or is your vision an event held on the infield of our 5/8th mile track on the farm where the Kentucky Derby and Grade 1 Stakes winners called home. If so, our historic farm venue in Cartersville, GA is the ideal setting for your special occasion. Set along the Etowah River and steeped in equestrian history, our venue provides you and your guests 100+ acres of pastures with rolling hills, a 20 acre flat track with infield, and several picturesque settings to create the perfect wedding or event the way you envision it: romantic, rustic or refined.
EVENTS: $2,500
Includes the following:
- Venue for the reserved date (call for multiple-date event pricing)
- Venue Set Up – usage for up to 5 days prior to event date
- Parking
WEDDINGS: $2,500
Includes the following for 100 guests:
- Venue from Friday 12pm – Sunday at 4pm
- Parking
Call for pricing for the following:
- Tent with lighting
- Tables
- Chairs
- Linens
- Porta Potty – 2 under a tent with table and mirror
- Restrooms – 4 climate controlled stalls on a trailer
For additional guests prices will vary. Please contact us for a specific quote for additional guests as well as other needs.
Note that we will be adding services and amenities in the future, therefore, prices are likely to change.
SECURE THE DATE(S):
A $1,250 non-refundable payment is due at the rental agreement signing to secure your date which is applied to your total rental fee. The remaining amount is due 60 days prior to your event.
Note if your event falls within 60 days, the full amount will be due at the rental agreement signing to secure your date.
